Effective date: 17 November 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Omnipest Pty Ltd (ABN 78 690 724 899) trading as Concept Termite and Pest Management (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide pest control, termite inspections, termite treatments, and related pest management services across South East Queensland.
All services are provided in accordance with:
-
Australian Standards
-
Manufacturer guidelines
-
Queensland legislation and licensing requirements
Any advice provided prior to an inspection is general in nature and does not replace a physical inspection unless expressly stated.
Quotes and Pricing
-
Quotes provided via the website, phone, email, or photos are indicative only and based on the information supplied.
-
Final pricing may change following an onsite inspection or further assessment.
-
Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
We will always advise you of any changes before proceeding with work.
Inspections and Findings
-
Pest and termite inspections are non-invasive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Hidden or concealed damage may not be detectable at the time of inspection.
-
The absence of visible termites or pests does not guarantee that no activity exists or will occur in the future.
Inspection reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection only.
Termite Treatments, Systems, and Warranties (Aligned with AS 3660)
Termite management is a risk management process, and no treatment or termite management system can guarantee absolute protection against termite entry or activity. Australian Standard AS 3660 sets out methods to minimise the risk of concealed termite access, promote detection, and support ongoing management.
Termite Management Systems
-
Termite management systems are designed and installed in accordance with AS 3660 and relevant requirements of the National Construction Code.
-
Systems include physical and/or chemical measures tailored to the property’s construction type and site conditions.
-
Even a system compliant with AS 3660 reduces risk but does not eliminate the possibility of termite presence or future activity.
Warranty Eligibility and Conditions
Where applicable, we may offer a written warranty. A warranty is not automatic and is considered based on factors including:
-
Structure type and construction details
-
The chosen termite management method and AS 3660 compliance
-
Site and environmental conditions (moisture, soil, etc.)
-
Accessibility for inspection and maintenance
-
Compliance with standards, manufacturer requirements, and regulator expectations
Warranties are discussed with the client and confirmed in writing before services proceed.
Ongoing Inspection and Maintenance
-
Termite warranties generally require periodic inspections, including at least annual inspections, to monitor system integrity and termite activity.
-
Maintaining clear inspection zones and adhering to inspection schedules is essential.
-
Failure to undertake required inspections or maintain the property may void or reduce warranty coverage.
Limitations and Client Acknowledgement
By engaging our termite inspection or treatment services, the client acknowledges:
-
No termite management system provides absolute protection
-
Termite activity may occur despite compliant systems and inspections
-
Conditions beyond our control — such as alterations, landscaping, moisture issues, or environmental factors — can affect performance
-
Warranties are subject to conditions outlined here, associated documentation, and AS 3660
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
-
Provide accurate and complete information
-
Allow reasonable access for inspections and treatments
-
Disclose known pest issues, alterations, or previous treatments
-
Maintain the property in a way that does not compromise treatments or warranties

Cancellation & Reschedulling Policy
To ensure we can provide reliable service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation
policy below.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to provide access on the day,
may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
• This is because our technicians’ time is reserved specifically for your booking, and short-notice
cancellations cannot usually be filled.
• If there are concerns on the day of service (e.g. children, pets, illness), we are often able to adjust
the service, avoid specific areas, or work around your needs rather than cancelling. Please contact
us to discuss.
By confirming a booking with Concept Termite & Pest Management, you acknowledge and agree to this
cancellation policy.
