How should I prepare my house for a pest treatment?
For general pest control, we recommend putting away exposed food, clearing clutter away from your internal skirting boards, and ensuring pet bowls are stored. When our team contacts you to confirm your booking, we will provide specific, easy-to-follow instructions based on the exact type of treatment your property requires.
Do I need to leave the house during the pest treatment?
Not necessarily! Because we use premium, eco-friendly products rather than harsh airborne chemicals, you can generally stay home. We simply ask that children and pets keep clear of the specific targeted zones until the application has bonded and dried (which usually only takes 1 to 2 hours).
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
Many of our interior pest treatments and thermal termite inspections can proceed perfectly regardless of the weather. However, if heavy rain threatens to impact the effectiveness of an exterior chemical termite barrier or outdoor spray, we will proactively contact you to reschedule for the nearest clear day to guarantee optimal results.
What payment methods do you accept?
We believe in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. Upon completion of your job, we will provide a fully transparent, detailed invoice with absolutely no hidden fees.
